  • Q: Will the car seat fit in my car?
    A: We would recommend viewing your vehicle owner’s manual to determine the recommended size of a car seat. You can view the different car seat dimensions on www.recaropromotion.com.
  • Q: Which car seat would be the best fit for my child?
    A: The best fit for the child would be determined by the child's height and weight. You can view the child height and weight requirement for each car seat on www.recaropromotion.com.
  • Q: What is the car seat made of?
    A: RECARO covers all contain a polyester cotton blend. The ProRIDE, ProBOOSTER, Performance RIDE, Performance SPORT and Performance BOOSTER all contain a cool mesh for added ventilation.
  • Q: What makes RECARO seats safer?
    A: RECARO is the pioneer of child seat side impact technology, going beyond any side impact requirements as tested with the ADAC European standard. RECARO’s Side Impact Protection is designed to distinctly protect 5 vulnerable areas of a child in a side impact collision – their head, neck, face, torso and pelvis.
  • Q: What if my bubble level isn’t in between the indicated lines?
    A: When parked on a level surface and the bubble level is not between the indicated lines, loosen the LATCH or vehicle belt and adjust the micro adjuster knob and/or QuickFlip Recline until the bubble level is in the correct position. If parked on an unleveled surface, use the line on the side of the shell and adjust the seat so that the line is level with the ground.
  • Q: What position should my Performance Coupe carry handle be in when installed in the vehicle?
    A: When installed in the vehicle, the carry handle on the Performance Coupe should be locked in the anti-rebound position (most forward) in case of an accident.
  • Q: What infant seats are compatible with my RECARO Performance Denali stroller?
    A: The RECARO Performance Coupe infant seat is compatible with the RECARO Performance Denali stroller.
  • Q: What is included with the purchase of my RECARO Performance Denali stroller?
    A: Every Performance Denali stroller comes with a parent cup holder, 2-in-1 child tray and infant seat adapter and the stroller itself.
  • Q: Where are my infant seat adapters on my Performance Denali Stroller?
    A: The infant seat adapters are located near the bases of the support beams on the child tray. Flipping the tray down using the pull-switch on the front of the tray exposes the adapters.
  • Q: What is included with the purchase of my RECARO Performance Denali stroller?
    A: Every Performance Denali stroller comes with a parent cup holder, 2-in-1 child tray and infant seat adapter and the stroller itself.
  • Q: How do I release the Performance Coupe infant seat from the Performance Denali stroller?
    A: The same release lever used to remove the Performance Coupe from the car seat base will release the Performance Coupe from the Performance Denali Stroller.
  • Q: When will my RECARO car seat expire?
    A: All RECARO USA car seats expire 6 years from the date of manufacture, displayed on the white manufacture label on the seat.
